Salmon tartar

You need: (for 2 people)

  • 250g salmon fillet without skin
  • 4cl olive oil
  • A few sesame seeds (or pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or others)
  • 1 half lemon
  • 6cl of pink vinegar, lemon and ginger
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. As soon as you take the salmon out of the fridge, cut it into 1.5cm cubes and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the seeds, oil, vinegar and grated lemon peel and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for about 20 minutes before serving as a starter with lightly toasted bread or a mixed salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked blackberry balsamic or combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar.
