Strawberry soup
A chef’s dessert!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 500g of strawberries
- Juice of half a lime
- 4 tablespoons of strawberry and timut balsamic
- 4 mint leaves
- 25g brown sugar
- Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Add them to the blender with the lime juice, mint leaves and brown sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into individual ramekins and chill for about 2 hours.
- Pour a tablespoon of strawberry and timut balsamic into each ramekin, and garnish with a mint leaf or lime zest.
