Strawberry soup

A chef’s dessert!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 500g of strawberries
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 4 tablespoons of strawberry and timut balsamic
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 25g brown sugar

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Add them to the blender with the lime juice, mint leaves and brown sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into individual ramekins and chill for about 2 hours.
  4. Pour a tablespoon of strawberry and timut balsamic into each ramekin, and garnish with a mint leaf or lime zest.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Raspberry Balsamic or Blackberry Balsamic.
