Sauté of beef

In just a few minutes


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 steaks
  • 6cl orange wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of summer honey
  • 2 peppers (choose two different colours for more visual appeal!)
  • 1 onion
  • Grape seed oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. In a bowl, mix the orange wine vinegar with the honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Cut the steaks into strips and the peppers into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the strips of beef for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Add the onion and peppers and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  6. Pour in the honey/orange wine vinegar mixture, bring to the boil and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with caramel vinegar or apricot balsamic.
