Saumon en tartare

A peppery touch with peppers!


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 200g fresh salmon (skinless)
  • 3 tablespoons of old-fashioned olive oil
  • Juice of 1 grapefruit or lime
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • Fresh chives
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Chop the fish flesh very finely, then peel and chop the shallots, chives and capers.
  2. Mix everything together in a bowl and sprinkle with the citrus juice and old-fashioned olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked olive oil or Espelette pepper olive oil.
