For every day


You need :

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil with Espelette pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey vinegar
  • 1 shallot
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and finely chop the shallot.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Serve with avocado or seafood salads.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our olive oils.
