Meat sauce
Very easy to make
You need :
- 2 onions or 3 shallots
- 4cl of caramel vinegar
- Meat of your choice
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and cut the onions into small pieces.
- In a very hot pan, fry the onions without fat for 2 minutes then pour the caramel vinegar.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then serve over the meat, as a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
