Fish sauce

Very easy to make


You need :

  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Nepalese pepper vinegar
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Chop the garlic and shallot finely, then fry them in olive oil.
  2. Add the other ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve on cooked fish fillets.
  4. You can also add small dices of tomatoes, aromatic herbs, a spice, according to your taste!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Mango Ginger Vinegar or Aphrodisiac Balsamic.
