Fresh pasta sauce
An original sauce
You will need :
- Fresh pasta (tagliatelle for example)
- Balsamic with wild blackberry
- The garnish of your choice (onions, shallots, garlic, lardons, mushrooms, small vegetables …)
- Salt & Pepper
- Reduce a little blackberry balsamic in a saucepan. Add a few onions (or the garnish of your choice) and leave to reduce for a few minutes to concentrate the aromas.
- Serve the reduction over the hot pasta and enjoy!
