Fresh pasta sauce

An original sauce


You will need :

  • Fresh pasta (tagliatelle for example)
  • Balsamic with wild blackberry
  • The garnish of your choice (onions, shallots, garlic, lardons, mushrooms, small vegetables …)
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Reduce a little blackberry balsamic in a saucepan. Add a few onions (or the garnish of your choice) and leave to reduce for a few minutes to concentrate the aromas.
  2. Serve the reduction over the hot pasta and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can be made with most of our vinegars and balsamics.
