Potato and red onion salad

Simple and greedy


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 320g of potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • A few pearls of vinegar or balsamic
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water.
  2. Cut the red onion into thin strips.
  3. Dice the potatoes.
  4. Mix everything together in a bowl, add the olive oil and mix again. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve and place about 8 pearls on the plates and enjoy!
