Grilled pepper and feta salad

A peppery touch with peppers!


You will need: (for 3 people)

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • Nepalese pepper vinegar
  • Black olives
  • Fresh feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash the peppers and dry them well, leaving them whole.
  2. Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  3. In order to peel them easily, place them in a covered bowl to cool. Peel and seed the peppers and cut them into strips.
  4. Mix the pepper strips with the olive oil and Nepalese pepper vinegar and leave to stand for 45 minutes.
  5. Finally, mix with the cubed feta cheese and the black olives.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or tarragon vinegar.
