Salade normande

You will need: (for 3 people)

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 andouille sausage
  • 1 camembert cheese
  • 6 slices of wholemeal bread
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Caramel vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and dice the apple and fry it in a pan.
  2. Dice the andouille.
  3. Cut the Camembert cheese into small pieces and place them on the bread. Put in the oven on grill mode for 5 minutes.
  4. Wash and drain the lettuce, add the apples and the diced andouille. Season with salt and pepper. Place the Camembert toast on top.
  5. In a bowl, mix the oil and vinegar and serve on the salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or candied fig balsamic.
