You need: (for 4 people)

  • 200g of fusili
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small courgettes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 40g of parmesan shavings
  • Balsamic with kina karo
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the courgettes into small cubes. Chop the red onion finely.
  3. Once cooled, add the pasta with all the vegetables to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, olive oil and kina-karo balsamic.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with tomato, basil and smoked paprika vinegar or basil balsamic.
