Rice and broccoli salad

A quick entry


You will need: (for 3 people)

  • 125g white rice
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 300g broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 3 teaspoons kina-karo balsamic
  • 6 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cook the rice and broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the celery into thin slices.
  3. Mix the oil, mustard and balsamic with the kina-karo.
  4. Drain the rice and broccoli and add to the celery.
  5. Drizzle with the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with spiced vinegar or truffle balsamic.
