Pasta, feta and tomato salad
The Mediterranean in your plate
You need: (for 2 people)
- 100g raw pasta
- 40g dried tomatoes (or 100g cherry tomatoes)
- 60g feta cheese
- 4cl balsamic with basil
- 2cl matured Lucca olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet and then leave to cool.
- Chop the feta and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Mix everything together and sprinkle with oil and basil balsamic.
- Feel free to garnish this salad with green tapenade or some black olives!
