Pasta, feta and tomato salad

The Mediterranean in your plate


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 100g raw pasta
  • 40g dried tomatoes (or 100g cherry tomatoes)
  • 60g feta cheese
  • 4cl balsamic with basil
  • 2cl matured Lucca olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet and then leave to cool.
  2. Chop the feta and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Mix everything together and sprinkle with oil and basil balsamic.
  4. Feel free to garnish this salad with green tapenade or some black olives!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with walnut and curry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
