Vegetable salad
Easy to make
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 400g of romaine
- 1 large carrot
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 150g red cabbage
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 green onions
- Balsamic with chestnuts
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Roast the chicken breasts in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the carrot in julienne. Cut the onions and red cabbage into strips. Slice the salad into pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients and season with olive oil and chestnut balsamic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
