Vegetable salad

Easy to make


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 400g of romaine
  • 1 large carrot
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 150g red cabbage
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 green onions
  • Balsamic with chestnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Roast the chicken breasts in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the carrot in julienne. Cut the onions and red cabbage into strips. Slice the salad into pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and season with olive oil and chestnut balsamic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or wild blackberry balsamic.
