Chicken and blue cheese salad

A mixture that makes you hungry


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 400g already roasted free-range chicken
  • 200g of sucrine
  • 90g of blue cheese, Roquefort, Gorgonzola…
  • 1 half red onion
  • 150g of roasted pecans
  • A few yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Blackcurrant and juniper balsamic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken, the bones, then cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced sucrine, the chopped red onion, the cherry tomatoes, the chicken, the cheese and the pecans.
  3. Sprinkle with the blackcurrant and juniper balsamic and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with orange wine vinegar or blackcurrant and timut balsamic.
