Scallops and balsamic pearls

Get ready for the holidays!


You need: (for 4 people)


  1. In the hot oil, snackete the scallops by turning them once (about 1 minute per side). They must be just pearly.
  2. Arrange one scallop per spoon. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
  3. Add 4 or 5 pearls on top.
  4. Taste immediately!
