Grilled chicken
The Sunday dish
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 1 free-range chicken
- 4 tablespoons flower honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 5cl of tomato, basil and smoked paprika vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the olive oil, thyme, garlic and salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and brush it with the mixture.
- Heat the honey in a pan and add the tomato vinegar, basil and smoked paprika. Mix well.
- Put the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes and brush it regularly with the honey/vinegar mixture each time you turn it.
- Then cook according to the size of the chicken and the power of the oven.
