Caramelised chicken

An appetizing sweet and savoury mix


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 free-range chicken cutlets
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3cl of mango and ginger vinegar
  • 30g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Prepare the caramel by bringing the mango and ginger vinegar and sugar to the boil and wait until the caramel becomes syrupy.
  2. In a frying pan, fry the chicken and the chopped onion in the oil.
  3. Once cooked, coat them with the vinegar caramel and stir to coat well.
  4. Serve with a pan of onions and rice for example.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
