Apples and pears

Give your fruit a boost!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 20g brown sugar
  • 30g dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, etc.)
  • 2cl of spiced vinegar

  1. Peel, core and dice the fruit into small regular cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar and spiced vinegar and mix well.
  3. Just before serving, roast the dried fruit for a few minutes in a hot pan and add it to your fruit salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with apricot balsamic, muscat vanilla balsamic or vanilla combava vinegar.
