Fried pumpkin

Simple and balanced


What you need: (for 2 people)

  • 500g pumpkin
  • 150g of bacon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2cl truffle balsamic
  • 3cl olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and slice the pumpkin into medium slices. Chop the garlic.
  2. In a frying pan, fry the garlic in the olive oil, then add the pumpkin slices. When golden, remove from the heat and set aside on paper towels.
  3. Then fry the bacon in the same pan and set aside.
  4. Deglaze the pan with the truffle balsamic, then add the bacon and pumpkin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with walnut and curry balsamic or honey vinegar.
