Chestnut frying pan

You need: (for 3 people)
- 500g cooked chestnuts
- 2 shallots
- Apricot balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped shallots in butter.
- Cut the chestnuts into small pieces and add them to the pan.
- Add a little water, and let them stew for a few minutes.
- Then add 4 tablespoons of apricot balsamic and remove from the heat a minute later.
- Add salt and pepper.
- You can add dried fruits to the preparation before simmering (grapes, apricots, ginger, cranberries…)
