Flavoured melon

Summer freshness


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 1 melon
  • Fresh basil
  • 5cl of vinegar with spices
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Empty and cut up the melon slices.
  2. Place them in a dish and add the chopped basil and the spiced vinegar.
  3. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 45 minutes.
  4. Salt the slices before serving with parma ham.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or aphrodisiac balsamic.
