Melon with balsamic

A summery fragrance…

You need: (for 2 people)

  • 1 melon
  • 10 year old plain Balsamic
  • A little lemon juice

  1. Cut the melon in half and core it.
  2. Sprinkle it lightly with lemon juice and then with plain balsamic. That’s it!
  3. For a 3-star presentation: cut the melon into regular cubes. Use a melon baller to scoop out a ball of melon flesh from one side of the cube, so that you can pour a little plain balsamic over it. Arrange the balls and cubes on a small plate!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Walnut Curry Balsamic or Spiced Vinegar.
