Marinade for meat
Red meat in particular
You need: (for 2 people)
- 400g of the meat of your choice
- 3cl olive oil
- 3cl blackcurrant and timut balsamic
- 1cl of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Place the meat flat in a large dish.
- In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients and cover the meat with the resulting marinade.
- Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours.
- Then cook the meat on the barbecue or in a pan.
