Marinade for meat

Red meat in particular


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 400g of the meat of your choice
  • 3cl olive oil
  • 3cl blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • 1cl of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Place the meat flat in a large dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients and cover the meat with the resulting marinade.
  3. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours.
  4. Then cook the meat on the barbecue or in a pan.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Nepalese pepper vinegar or raspberry balsamic.
