Mandarin, avocado, blue

A nice surprise


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 2 avocados
  • 50g blue cheese (or Roquefort, Fourme d’Ambert…)
  • 100g of mesclun (or fresh spinach shoots)
  • A few sultanas or dried cranberries
  • Olive oil
  • Walnut and curry balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel the mandarin orange and remove the segments.
  2. Peel and dice the avocado.
  3. Dice the cheese.
  4. Wash and spin-dry the salad.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle with the walnut and curry balsamic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or wild garlic balsamic.
