Vegetables as a side dish

Very fragrant


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150g of padron
  • 1 fennel
  • Balsamic with beer
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • A knob of butter
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash the vegetables, cut the fennel into large pieces and steam it for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and the padrons into small slices. Chop the garlic cloves.
  3. In a frying pan, add a little olive oil and add the tomatoes, padrons and garlic. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked fennel bulbs and 3 tablespoons of beer balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer on a medium heat for about ten minutes.
  6. Serve these vegetables with grilled shrimp or roasted sea bream.
Tip: This recipe can be made with caramel vinegar or plain balsamic.
