Home-made burgers

A peppery touch with peppers!


You will need: (per burger)

  • 1 butcher’s hamburger (about 200g)
  • Hamburger bun (or muffin bun for more fantasy)
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of goat’s cheese log
  • 1cl caramel vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ofcandied onions
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Slice the bread in half. On each half, place a spoonful of candied onions and spread well.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the minced steak in the caramel vinegar.
  3. On the bottom bun, place the chopped steak and then the tomato slices.
  4. On the upper part, place the slices of goat cheese.
  5. Then put both parts in the oven to make the bread a little crispy.
  6. Eat as soon as it comes out of the oven!
  7. You can of course use any ingredients you like: lettuce, red onion, cheddar cheese, avocado, peppers…
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked blackberry balsamic.
