Grilled prawns
A treat!
What you need: (for 2 people)
- 12 prawns
- Juice of one lemon
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Vinegar with spices
- Salt and pepper
- A la plancha (or alternatively, in a frying pan), grill the whole prawns in the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Just before serving, spray with the spiced vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with white rice or roasted peppers.
