Foie gras
The classic!
You need: (for 2 people)
- 6 thin slices of semi-cooked foie gras
- Balsamic with fig confit
- 3 slices of brioche bread
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the slices of brioche bread diagonally to obtain triangles.
- Toast the bread in the oven or toaster.
- Arrange the slices of foie gras on the bread, place the equivalent of half a teaspoon on the foie gras, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve with a salad as a starter.
