Vinegar and dessert go hand in hand…


You will need: (for one person)

  • 120g of faisselle
  • Some fresh fruit
  • 3cl of honey vinegar

  1. Drain and place the faisselle on plates and sprinkle some halved strawberries or fresh apricot slices on top.
  2. Reduce the vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes to obtain a slightly thicker liquid.
  3. Pour directly over the faisselle and fruit and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our fruity balsamics (blackberry, raspberry, fig, apricot, blackcurrant).
