Sweetness and indulgence


You need :

  • Apricot Balsamic

Apricot balsamic has a slightly sweeter taste than some of our vinegars. It is therefore a perfect match for many “simple” desserts. For example, add a small spoonful of apricot balsamic to your bowl of cottage cheese. You can also try it on faisselle or in a plain yoghurt! Or on vanilla ice cream, nougat ice cream… On a fairly mild flavour, not chocolate or rum raisin! Try it also on a lemon sorbet: a delight! Reduce the balsamic in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring from time to time with a wooden spoon. Leave to reduce for a few minutes until the balsamic thickens a little and serve on a cheesecake!
