Duck legs

A taste of the South West!


What you need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 duck legs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6cl of wild blackberry balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Salt the duck legs. Brown the duck legs on both sides for 10 minutes in a pan without fat. Start with the skin side.
  3. Add the crushed garlic at the same time.
  4. Then put the casserole with the legs in the oven for 40 minutes without a lid.
  5. Add the blackberry balsamic and 3cl of water.
  6. Season with pepper and braise under the lid for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve this dish with pumpkin puree or fried potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
