Not to throw away yesterday’s bread!


You need :

  • 1 baguette (ideally flute type)
  • Garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
  • Pepper

  1. Slice the bread into small cubes or small slices according to your bread and place the pieces thus obtained in a salad bowl.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of garrigue vinegar. Season with pepper.
  3. Place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and put them in the oven on grill mode for 5 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight box or bag.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our vinegars and balsamics.
