Marinated shrimp

An ideal wedding


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 250g of prawns
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4cl pink vinegar, lemon and ginger
  • A few pink berries
  • A sprig of fresh tarragon
  • 3cl olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Prepare the marinade: mix all the ingredients except the prawns (feel free to add candied ginger, sesame seeds, sweet onion, etc.)
  2. Pour the marinade into a dish and then add the shrimp. Cover with cling film and place in a cool place.
  3. Leave to marinate for at least an hour (ideally at least 4 hours to give even more flavour).
  4. Sauté the prawns in a hot pan, a la plancha or in a wok, basting with marinade as they cook.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or tarragon and Madagascar pepper vinegar.
