Pork chops

The little extra touch


You need :

  • 1 large pork chop per person
  • 5cl Lucca olive oil
  • 5cl Nepalese pepper vinegar
  • Aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, laurel, lavender, etc…)
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Prepare a mixture of all ingredients except the meat.
  2. Place the pork chops in a deep dish.
  3. Cover with ¾ of the marinade, cover with aluminium foil and keep in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
  4. Then cook the meat as you are used to. (barbecue, pan, plancha, etc.)
  5. Serve with tomatoes à la provençale or mashed potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with beech-smoked blackberry balsamic, combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar or plain balsamic.
