Roasted Brussels sprouts

For the whole family


You will need: (for 3 people)

  • 600g Brussels sprouts
  • 6 tablespoons of soft vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts in a dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce the vinegar with the garlic and olive oil for 8 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  5. After this initial cooking, season the cabbage with salt and pepper and coat with the sauce, before putting it back in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, switch the oven to the grill position but keep an eye on them so that the cabbages do not turn black.
  7. Serve hot.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with caramel vinegar, walnut and curry balsamic or plain balsamic.
