Roasted Brussels sprouts
For the whole family
You will need: (for 3 people)
- 600g Brussels sprouts
- 6 tablespoons of soft vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce the vinegar with the garlic and olive oil for 8 minutes over medium heat.
- Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- After this initial cooking, season the cabbage with salt and pepper and coat with the sauce, before putting it back in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, switch the oven to the grill position but keep an eye on them so that the cabbages do not turn black.
- Serve hot.
