Calamari a la plancha

You need: (for 6 people)
- 1kg of squid
- 2 lemons
- 1 lime
- 6cl olive oil
- 6cl of Espelette pepper vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Empty and clean the squid. Separate the tentacles from the body.
- Cut the body into strips and the tentacles into slices.
- Tap the flesh to make it more tender.
- Place the squid in a dish and sprinkle with the oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and mix so that everything is well impregnated with the marinade.
- Set aside in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cook on the grill for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, with the marinade.
