Marinated meat skewers

Ideal in summer, with friends or family


You need :

  • Meat of your choice (chicken, beef, pork, turkey, duck…)
  • Sesame seeds
  • 7cl Nepalese pepper vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Prepare a mixture of all the ingredients except the meat.
  2. Cut the meat into regular pieces and arrange them on skewers.
  3. Cover them with the marinade and leave them to marinate in the fridge for at least a few hours (overnight is ideal).
  4. Cook the skewers on the barbecue.
  5. Serve the skewers with barbecued potatoes, grilled peppers or a pan of vegetables.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with raspberry balsamic or honey vinegar.
