Cheese puffs
To warm up this winter!
You need: (for 2 people)
- 4 sheets of brick pastry
- 150g of bacon
- 4 tablespoons of honey vinegar
- 1 apple
- 1 camembert (or other cheese that melts when cooked)
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the brick pastry in a round cookie cutter (or in a glass!), this will help you close it later!
- Cut the Camembert into small cubes and the apples into cubes and place them in the centre of the brick pastry.
- Fry the bacon in a pan with the honey vinegar without adding any fat.
- Drain and add the lardons to the brick pastry.
- Close the sheet by bringing the edges up to form a purse. Tie a sprig of chives or roasting twine or close with a toothpick.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with a green salad for a light meal!
