Cheese puffs

To warm up this winter!

You need: (for 2 people)

  • 4 sheets of brick pastry
  • 150g of bacon
  • 4 tablespoons of honey vinegar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 camembert (or other cheese that melts when cooked)
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the brick pastry in a round cookie cutter (or in a glass!), this will help you close it later!
  3. Cut the Camembert into small cubes and the apples into cubes and place them in the centre of the brick pastry.
  4. Fry the bacon in a pan with the honey vinegar without adding any fat.
  5. Drain and add the lardons to the brick pastry.
  6. Close the sheet by bringing the edges up to form a purse. Tie a sprig of chives or roasting twine or close with a toothpick.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve with a green salad for a light meal!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with the fig confit balsamic or the walnut and curry balsamic.
