Salmon and cream cheese appetizer

For a fresh aperitif!


You will need :

  • 3 slices of smoked salmon (depending on the number of people)
  • A jar of fresh cheese spread (ricotta, fresh goat’s cheese, etc.)
  • Nepalese pepper vinegar
  • A few sprigs of chives
  • A little lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the fromage frais, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped chives.
  2. Lay thin slices of smoked salmon flat.
  3. Spread this mixture over the salmon slices.
  4. Roll them up fairly thinly and cut them gently into pieces of about 4 cm.
  5. Set aside in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Serve with small spades, very fresh, accompanied by a good glass of white wine!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or tarragon vinegar.
